  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for being the main point of building new relationships for potential property acquisition on behalf of Midwest Cash Offer. Business Development Manager will set appointments whether phone calls, in-person meetings, lunches, coffee meetings, and more to ensure that the brand of Midwest Cash Offer continues to thrive while new leads are being generated for the Acquisitions department. Business Development Manager will be fully responsible for different events being hosted within the Midwest Cash Offer and Mainstay Property Group sphere on behalf of both sellers and buyers seeking to be identified by the group.

    • Host 1-2 daily meetings with those with access to sellers of real property.

    • Champion social media brand awareness and serve as the face of outbound prospecting.

    • Serve as a main point of contact with groups to sell Midwest Cash Offer as a mutually beneficial solution.

    • Communicate with everyone: the Business Development Manager is a master networker.

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent, College degree preferred in business-related field

    • Networking, appointment facilitation experience required

    • Event experience a plus

    • B2B sales experience a plus

    • Real estate experience a plus
