As the Manager in this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the successful disposition of real estate assets. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to expand our business and achieve growth targets. This position demands a keen understanding of real estate markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and homeowners.

The dispositions manager will be fully responsible for resale of investment real estate by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing buyer relationships.
Analyze investment real estate projects.
Conduct cold, warm outreach phone calls.
Organize and hold introductory meetings both in-person and over-the-phone.
Negotiate investment pricing.
Close revenue on behalf of the company.

Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
Real estate license preferred.
Excellent written communicator.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Self-starter.
Solution-driven, customer service mindset.
Aggressive, results-oriented sales experience preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce software and tools for market research and financial analysis preferred.
