  The Sales Intern is a curious, coachable, and determined collegiate student looking to begin a career in sales. Learning from the dispositions department, the sales intern will work in tandem with the dispositions team to help locate and identify potential buyers.  The Sales Intern will learn all aspects of real estate investment, including marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and finance.

• Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the dispositions manager with tasks such as walking properties and taking pictures of properties.

  • Research and find potential buyers to purchase real estate.

  • Learn how to underwrite real estate investments, including property proformas, rents, ARVs, rehab, and other conditions necessary to facilitating a transaction.

  • Work with the leadership team to design a sales funnel that will identify a track to success in acquiring your first real estate investment.

• Qualifications

  • Collegiate Student Sales/Finance/Marketing Background Preferred..

  • Interest in Real Estate and investing

  • 1+ years of phone experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Self Motivator.
